Happy Oyako Day 2018

Today I am in the studio taking photos of 100 groups of parents and children. This is the 16th year to have this event and I’m looking forward to meeting many oyako (parents and children). Thanks to all the sponsors and volunteers who help make this day happen.

KAO Corporation × OYAKO Day

This year, KAO Corporation has become one of our Oyako Day supporters. “Oyako Wa Tsuzukuyo” is a heartwarming animation about the eternal bond between parent and child. This short animation was made by Yoshiharu Sato who has worked on many movies including “My Neighbor Totoro” and “Kiki’s Delivery Service.”
